Ohio Area Eagle Eye May 29-June 6, 2010
On behalf of Ohio Area Eagle Eye 2010 I would like to welcome you!
This is the third year for an Ohio Young Adult Eagle Eye. We are planning this year’s program with the cooperation of Walsh University in the diocese of Youngstown. Eagle Eye is a special program, different than any other young adult retreat. The idea of Eagle Eye is to go as deep and as intense as we possibly can at all levels: prayer, formation, friendship, and outreach. This program is destined to give those who want it, a taste of what it means to be truly Catholic and in love with Christ. For 8 days, young adults, who are already strong in their understanding and practice of their faith, will challenge themselves to a deeper appreciation and awareness of that faith.
The retreat begins on Saturday, May 29th camping together in the forests of southwestern Pennsylvania. After a day of hiking we will continue our journey at St. Emma Monastery and Retreat House. The Retreat house is operated by Benedictine Nuns who invite all to “come aside and rest awhile with the Lord”. The Monastery is situated on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped lands overlooking rolling farmlands.
We hope to make Eagle Eye Ohio affordable to all who desire to participate. Scholarships are available for those in need.
Please complete the registration form and return it as soon as possible. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I am looking forward to your registration and participation in the Eagle Eye Institute.
God bless you,
Kathy Kimar
